Silver Spoon Catering Services
Last February 3, we had a meeting with Ms. Kathy Veloso of Silver Spoon Catering and we decided to booked them. What I liked about Ms. Kathy was the fact that she's a hands-on professional caterer. She can personalize and create unique setup depending on the client's request. She was very accommodating to us and I liked her confidence.
We reserved 180 pax at P200.00 and that includes six (6) main courses, one (1) dessert, one (1) salad, one (1) round of soft drinks, plain rice, mineral water, covered tables & chairs, and centerpiece for buffet & guest tables. 
This is our selected menu:
Main Course
Skewered Pork BBQ
Buffalo Wings w/ Mustard Sauce
Beef Pepperoni w/ Asparagus
Fish Fillet w/ Oyster Sauce
Pot Roast Beef
Lasagna w/ French Bread
Salad
Green Vegetable Salad (good for 80 persons)
Fruit Salad (good for 100 persons)
Desserts
Cookies & Cream (good for 80 persons)
Mango Float (good for 100 persons)
Ms. Kathy suggested that we can have two desserts and salads divided according to the no. of pax. For additional setup of cake, registration and gift tables we will just have to add P150.00 per table. Then for full dining setup to all guests (only principal sponsor table have this) we will just add P16.00 per guest and that includes table napkin, wine glass and utensils.
All in all, our meeting was great and I just hope Dwyt and I can finalize everything so that we can have our food tasting be scheduled.
